Pricing & Packages

When choosing a photographer you are choosing an artist to "paint" an image of your day. Every photographer has their own style of shooting and editing style. I like light "real-life" images, they have the same color and look as if you were seeing the images in real life. When I leave your event or session my work does not stop there, I have hours of editing and culling through images to make sure you get the best of the best. The package you choose covers my time at the session with you but also the time spent doing all of the behind the scene magic as well.

Milestone Session

These sessions start at $125. This will include one person, outfit & location, 30 minute session and 5 edited images. Great for birthdays and half birthdays!

Graduation Session

Senior sessions start at $125. This will include one location & one outfit. A 45 minute session and 15 edited images.

Family Session

Sessions start at $125. This will include one location, immediate family up to 5 people, 45 minute session and 10 edited images.

Newborn Session

Sessions start at $200. This will include a one hour session, two outfits, and 15 edited images. Newborn sessions must be scheduled in the first 2 weeks after birth.

Additional Info

  • Regular Sessions: Travel Fees are applied for any location over 20 miles from Lufkin, TX
  • Weddings: Travel Fees are applied for any location over 60 miles from Lufkin, TX.
  • Add ons such as extra people, locations, and/or outfit changes can be added to any package.
  • Original RAW images will not be made available under any circumstances

When you book Brianna Alvis Photography for your wedding you are not just booking a photographer you are booking someone who is there to help with whatever you need while capturing images of your perfect day. We believe when it comes to Weddings you have to be willing to wear all hats. My second shooter and I are there to capture the memories of your day but also to be your friend and help your day be the best it can be. After booking we will help you to figure out a timeline and on the day of help you to keep that timeline. We will help to walk you through any questions you may have and do whatever is needed to make your day as smooth as possible. Wedding packages start at $1,600.

Do you shoot destination weddings?

Yes, I am open to destination Weddings. Contact me for pricing and more info.

Do I need a second shooter at my Wedding?

YES, I highly recommend that you have a second shooter. All of our Wedding packages here at Brianna Alvis Photography include second shooter coverage. As much as I would love to be able to be everywhere at once it is just simply not possible. Having a second shooter means you have twice the coverage and this results in a better variety of pictures and angles. Having a second shooter also allows more room in the timeline as we divide and conquer.

*For regular sessions, no a second shooter is not necessary.

Will there be a second shooter?

A second shooter is included in The Works and The Works Plus wedding packages.
If your package does not include a second shooter you will be given the option to add that to your package.

Can I extend the session on the day of?

It is possible based on my avalibility to extend the session on the day of. However if you know ahead of time you want a longer time slot booking that in advance is recommended.

What if I need to reschedule?

Rescheduling is offered if the change is made 72 hrs in advance. If you need to reschedule within 72 hours please be prepared to lose all or part of your deposit.

What if it rains the day of my session?

I try to watch the weather and plan accordingly, however if it is raining on the day of your session we will reschedule.

Do I have to order prints through you?

No, at this time I do give a print release with every session (unless otherwise stated).

I do however have a professional imaging company if you would like to order professionally printed images through me. You can contact me for more details.

How long will it take to get my images back?

I work very diligently to get images back to you as quick as possible, I also try to get a preview back to you within days. However the guaranteed time frame is as follows:
-Regular Sessions: 2 weeks
-Weddings: 6-8 weeks

Can I post my photos on social media?

Yes, I love for you to share your images on social media. When you receive your full gallery there will be watermarked images for use on social media and the web. Please always give photo credit to Brianna Alvis Photography.

Will I get all of the images you take?

No, I do not give any unedited or RAW images. Your photographs are artwork which go through a tedious process from start to finish to give you the best images you can get.

What is a Mini Session?

A mini session is a themed session set up for a specific date. Sessions are held back to back at 15 minute intervals throughout most of the day. This reduces the cost by having several families use the same set up and location.

Why is a mini session cheaper than a regular session?

A mini session is a time saving way for Brianna Alvis Photography to allow pictures at a lower than normal cost. The travel time, set up, and take down is limited so there for BAP can offer a lower price.

What is included in my session?

The package you choose will determine what is included and should be clearly stated on your package list. Please make sure you are okay with the number of images you will receive, time allotted, and outfit changes/locations.

What if I decide I want more pictures than my package includes?

When available you may purchase more images from your session. These images will be provided at a rate of $10.00 per image or a reduced rate for the purchase of the entire gallery.
